Great care is taken in our production to ensure that our machines deliver what we promise. But if the worst case scenario occurs and your machine "breaks down": We will take care of it! Either an employee of reamotion GmbH comes promptly and repairs the damage on site, or you receive a replacement machine in exchange until the damage to your device could be successfully repaired.
