Made in Germany is a familiar phrase. At reamotion, it has a precise meaning: every REYBEEF is
created in our Delmenhorst workshop, by craftspeople we know by name. Here is how a day unfolds,
from the first sheet of stainless steel to the finished grill.
07:30 | Materials arrive.
The day begins with stainless steel, 3 mm thick. Checked by the manufacturer and inspected again by
our team. The quality of the finished product begins with the material itself.
08:00 | Cutting and forming.
Individual components are cut from the sheets and bent into shape. The distinctive REYBEEF body,
including its forward-positioned smoke outlet, takes form over several stages. Each stage is checked
by a second pair of eyes.
11:30 | Welding by hand.
Every weld is completed by hand. Our welders know the equipment intimately, recognising and
correcting even the smallest deviations as they work. This is where craftsmanship becomes visible.
14:00 | Surface finishing and colour.
For customers who have chosen a bespoke colour, the grill now takes on its final appearance. The
powder-coated finish is checked repeatedly and designed to withstand outdoor conditions.
16:00 | Final assembly and testing.
Burners are installed, controls connected and functions tested. Before a REYBEEF leaves our
workshop, it is brought up to 900°C and put through a full functional inspection.
17:30 | Ready for its new home.
Carefully packaged with its documentation, the finished grill is ready for dispatch. Some go to private
homes, others to Michelin-starred restaurants. All share the same origin and the same attention to
detail: built here, by our team, with lasting performance in mind.
